Two hundred metres to the south of Castillo de Perelada lies the Castle Farm, a space in which much of the production process for our wines takes place: the pressing, destemming, winemaking…
The Castle Farm is a listed building which was projected in 1941 by Adolfo Florensa, a professor of the Barcelona School, a municipal architect from the city and restorer of the Peralada Castle.
Adjacent to the farm we will build the new Castillo Perelada cellar.
