The two new wines of Castillo Perelada pay tribute to the colony of white stork (“cigonyes” in Catalan) which nests in the garden of the castle. These are two wines based on local varietals which celebrate the success of the reintroduction program which has been developed in the Perelada Castle since 1995.
Macabeo and Garnatxa are the two most typical varietals of the Empordà. With its blends based on them, Cigonyes Blanc and Cigonyes Negre are two light and pleasant wines, created to enjoy any meal, suitable to accompany any kind of dish. |
