One of the most interesting experiences in making wines is to see how the same grape variety grown in different soil and climate conditions gives wines with quite different personalities.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon red and rosé, together with the Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Garnatxa Blanca, are good examples of how different grapes are perfectly well-adapted to the climate and soil of the Empordà.
